Know The Signs of Leukemia at Early Stage

Leukemia is the cancer of the white blood cells. Our blood cells are produced in the bone marrow and when the blood cells mature it travels to our blood vessels. There are 4 types of blood cells - the white blood cells, the red blood cells, the platelets, and plasma. Each of this has their own function. In a person with leukemia, the white blood cells are produced more than other blood cells. Despite of the numerous increases of white blood cells, its normal function to fight against infection also failed. At first the white blood cells are normal and still functioning but eventually it becomes abnormal. White blood cells also push other blood cells which result to malfunctioning.
